History
Jim Wagner formed Whitford Real Estate Services in the late 1990s. We have been actively managing residential and commercial real estate for over 20 years. We have experience managing office buildings, commercial buildings, condo associations, apartment buildings and single family homes.
We currently have 2 full time property managers plus other full-time staff available.

Jim Wagner
Jim formed Whitford Real Estate Services in the late 1990s; however, real estate has always been his business. Growing up in a builder's family in State College, PA, real estate comes naturally to Jim. Upon graduation from Villanova University Jim immediately entered the business and never looked back. Owning a variety of commercial/investment properties over the years adds the evidence to the experience Jim affords his clients.

Matt Egan
Matt grew up in Delaware County and has over 15 years experience in property management, with a mix of managing clients, to owning and managing his own properties. He prides himself in providing good customer service for both the client and tenant experience.

Carol Hannan
Carol joined Whitford Real Estate Services in 2006. She has excelled in the property management field since 1997, simultaneously keeping a careful eye on hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and retail space in the Western Philadelphia suburbs while balancing a busy family life.
